What Happened?

Issue #98 is back with Gtk4 apparently now that TreeView and ListStore are deprecated.

Steps to Reproduce

Select manual timezone and observe that the city list view does not auto position to the selected city.

Expected Behavior

City view should auto position (scroll) to the selected city.

Latest release (I have run all updates)
