Improves knowledge content normalization, improves chunking bleed logic, extracts some knowledge methods to their own module.
Previously knowledge would use the embedding match fragment directly, this changes the behavior to fetch the full knowledge document for the context, allowing us to improve embedding lookup performance by reducing fragment sizes
