In 2018 we had the CFP open far longer than we wanted because we had to direct invited speakers to submit through it. It'd be great if we could have a separate CFP for invited speakers so we don't make things confusing for normal submissions.

It would mirror the main CFP form but remove the requested check box for understanding about tickets/speaker fees as requested in #812 and flag the submission as invited for review purposes.

In this case perhaps it would be better to have a way for admins to add CfP entries, so we don't have to ask invited speakers to do anything at all?

That would also work, but we'd have to ask them lots of the questions anyway so we might as well get them to fill out a form! And then it's basically the CFP form. So :)
