That has indeed fixed the problem , thank you so much !
One other thing though, when an orders is placed. It doesn’t show unless I sync the orders in settings, is there a way around this so it shows up after the order has been placed ?
Equally, the orders don’t show in Commerce orders but only as an inactive cart, could this be because Stripe-commerce needs to be activated as well ?
Finally, in order to send the c customer to a thank-you page after completion of order do I need to add a thank-you template to the same folder as the admin and customer emails or where ?
I’m sure these are just final tweeks and at least the main problem has solved, thank you again for the great support !

Hi @paulmendrik if you have SCA enabled and you're testing locally you need to login via the Stripe CLI and then forward to the webhook URL of your website, for example:
then, forward to the webhook URL
That will allow you to test locally and the orders will be created. And to show the order details in a thank-you page please follow our docs here you need to create a template in your templates folder. Please let me know if you have any other questions |
Hi,
On successful payment an admin confirmation email is triggered but not the customer one. I'm really at a loss why this should be , can you please help as this is quite important for the online shop !
