What does this PR do?

Sets a property for the placeholder text displayed in input fields.

Steps to test

  1. Navigate to exchange , placeholder should read "this amount"
  2. Navigate to fee , placeholder should read "this percentage"

CheckList

  • Follow proper Markdown format

  • The content is available in both english and spanish
  • I Ran a spell check
