Removes:

  • Gopkg.toml, Gopkg.lock, which have since been replaced by go.mod/go.sum

Adds:

  • Issue templates for bug reports and feature requests
  • DCO (to ensure ownership in contributions)
  • Badges:
    GitHub release Go Report Card Slack Twitter Follow
