I would have preferred something closer to 6,100,000, but it's not a big deal and the ECIP looks good to me.

Just noting for general documentation/reference/reviewer-sanity that this ECIP aims for a current best-fit revision and summary for an existing and on-going thread around disabling the difficulty bomb. The main challenge is to settle on a fork block number that seems reasonably and certainly feasible to implement for the network (updating, nodes, miners ...), and for that number to be as soon as possible.
