Minor Polish

  • Filtered non-damage rolls out of messages that will have the module's tray appended, should non-damage rolls happen to be on a message that also has damage rolls. This is something the system does at an earlier stage, so it seemed appropriate to also do it. This approach will probably be fully invalidated by 4.1, and I will have to resort to something else.
  • Switched to ChatMessage#isContentVisible getter (just learned about it) rather than the methods I was using last release.
  • This release may or may not increase compatibility with the module Ready Set Roll, per a feature request. This does not guarantee further support (as I do not use that module and do not plan to).
