How
Migrate monorepo to Yarn 4, add proper example app deployment for PR by switching off from Vercel integration to the manually created workflow with https://github.com/BetaHuhn/deploy-to-vercel-action to streamline the process, and still have the comments and statuses for deployments.
I have also turned-off the Vercel preview deployment protection, so the temporary website should be public, and accessible by anyone.
