Following the recent addition to extra parameters and their parsing to connect/open/openat (#235) we still want to be compatible with drivers and scap files that didn't have those params. This PR adds the relevant check.

I'm waiting for a falcosecurity member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
