Decentraleyes 在扩展内部保存一系列的开源库文件，通过一个 mapping 来把 url 请求转为获取本地缓存， mapping 的规则见 https://github.com/Synzvato/decentraleyes/blob/master/lib/mappings.js 。

编写一个在线规则文件，实现对 Decentraleyes 的兼容。

Decentraleyes 作者坚持按照流行度添加库文件，我提交过一个将当时全部 jquery 加入的 PR，被拒了……
从此开始给 Redirector 写排除规则。

在现有的框架下需要跳过本地规则来实现这些功能，需要加一个 actions 列表（redirect / cancel / skip / continue / head ），actions 指定要进行的下一步操作 ，才能和 #15 一起处理掉
