The documentary you want to store is not produced by you. Do you have the authorization to use the data? What's the purpose of you storing these data? No further information is found by querying the organization name。 The website is established for a few days, and the site is not on record. Can you explain about these abnormal things? |
These data are intended to help farmers better understand the best practices of agricultural production and explore how to use new technologies and scientific knowledge to improve agricultural production efficiency. At the same time, these data may also be used for research and innovation, in order to develop new technological tools and solutions to improve agricultural production. As an agricultural website, it serves as a public welfare propaganda function, and the current record section is public data, ensuring that the use of these data complies with relevant laws and policies, while complying with relevant laws and policies to ensure that the use of these data is legal |

@raghavrmadya Requesting immediate removal of @woshidama323 from the notary pool. |
If you're proposing to remove us, shouldn't you provide a reasonable justification at the very least? As a notary, I operate within the confines of FILPlus regulations and I exercise my own judgement. Why should my position be threatened just because I'm questioning you? |
It is a rule to not sign on disputed applications. |
The definition of whether an LDN is controversial, I think, should be determined by the FILPlus team, not you. I have reason to believe that someone maliciously sets some LDNs as controversial, and then other notaries cannot sign because they are afraid of this controversy, achieving the purpose of restricting the market supply of LDNs. This is very unfair, for example, #913. |
@woshidama323 This application initially lists 4 SP IDs that it would work with: However, if you look at the CID report, there are no matching IDs. That should be a flag for any notary. Also, there are no details of SP Entities or locations anywhere from the client clearly showing they are meeting the Fil+ Guidelines. Notaries should be asking for this level of information. Third, there is a recent community claim (with some proof) that this is all part of one entity. That is another flag. This should be enough to at least question client actions, no? It will be required of notaries with this proposal, starting next week. And actions like yours above will be investigated as clear grounds for removal. I will initiate the questioning to the client and notaries can follow from here: |
I apologize for not responding promptly to the above notary public's dispute regarding this LDN. f0240185 Before signing the contract with @woshidama323 , I had already synchronized with him the basic information of SP and the changes to the sealing plan. |
According to my understanding in 914, Mike clearly stated two weeks ago that these SPs do not belong to him. Why is the entity name in the image you posted last week still Mike? Are you sure you are seriously checking? I learned from the SPS I collaborated with that Mike had a private conversation with your team two weeks ago, but you did not make any changes. Your team's work efficiency and methods are ridiculous. |
I will soon announce the SPS entities and locations I am working with, and I am actively contacting them |
@Filplus-govteam |
@cryptowhizzard @herrehesse Please make modifications in your team's so-called SPs entity |
How can the source of an SP entity be proven? Is it through the acknowledgment of the SP itself or through the use of certain technological methods for assessment? To the best of my knowledge, most SPs are unlikely to disclose their entire set of nodes, as it aligns with the decentralized nature of blockchain. |
@0xXPunkX The names of related entities are based on the information provided to me by each SPs. In fact, many SPs in China are reluctant to provide them, because Chinese laws have explicitly prohibited Ethereum and Bitcoin. Although filecoin is not listed in the prohibited list for the time being, they are afraid of causing trouble. However, foreign countries have no restrictions on this aspect, so they are not worried about it |
@Filplus-govteam
On the matter of the ID not appearing in the CIDReport, we have previously had discussions with the client. The client experienced alterations in the SP's sealing plan during the distribution phase, which is an occasional and inevitable occurrence. The client was unable to update in a timely manner, thus, we have requested to expedite the process.
When they wished for us to support this order, they had already offline shared with us all essential information including the SP's physical information and location. We have requested the client to reflect this in the update. We extend our apologies for not being transparent about the course of our communication with the client, and we'll ensure to be more attentive to this aspect in the future. |
@Filplus-govteam
In relation to the third point, we wish to delve deeper into the discussion. Allow me to reference #913 as an example. Hidde's team raised concerns about Topblocks, which were not acknowledged by Topblocks. Conversely, the evidence provided by Topblocks was not accepted by the Hidde team either, resulting in a seemingly endless cycle of disagreement. Consequently, all projects associated with Topblocks, linked to #913, are impacted. This includes projects such as #1248, #1974, #2021, and more. If the FILPlus team is unable to deliver a decision promptly, this issue will continue to linger. Hidde's team would take this as a factual point and disseminate it widely within the community, which is highly unjust towards us, Topblocks. As a result, our collaborative plans with other teams, our individual sealing plans, along with our commercial reputation are all impacted. It's been nearly three weeks since #913, and many of our partners have expressed concern. We have explicitly highlighted our concerns, as can be seen in the response to #913. However, the team that raised this issue shows no concern, nor do they seem to bear any responsibility. This situation is patently unfair, leaving us powerless. We earnestly hope that the FILPlus team can expedite your decision. We have reasons to be concerned that if someone raises dubious queries about some LDNs and cannot receive a definitive conclusion for an extended period, it impacts all LDNs associated with the SPs connected to this particular LDN. With just a piece of insufficient evidence, they can easily cast doubt on an LDN, affecting all the clients, SPs, and notaries involved with the LDN. Therefore, we propose that the FILPlus team should provide clear standards, regulations, and a reasonable timeline for decision-making for such issues. We suggest incorporating these in #922 to mitigate the potential impact on clients, SPs, and notaries during the process. Consider the scenario where issues such as #913 (alongside similar ones like #914, #915, #916, #917, etc.) do not garner the necessary attention from FILPlus. In such a case, we might encounter even more analogous incidents in the future. How are SPs supposed to put into action plans intended to expedite the growth of network computing power with the ecosystem, as well as initiatives aimed at fostering a thriving ecosystem? I would also like to request the comments of #914, #915, #916, #917, and more on this matter." We also initiate a discussion, let us focus on the discussion more. |
Thank you for sharing more details @xiaoming123222 |
We have proposed that clients more openly declare who they are and the SP entities they are working with an upfront registration form. @0xXPunkX Yes, Filecoin is decentralized, and SPs do not have to disclose any information. However, the Fil+ program does have guidelines and parameters that need to be met in order to receive the subsidy. If a client cannot prove they are storing with different SPs in different regions, then this becomes a problem. The goal of Fil+ is to help the network as a whole grow, not just for 1 SP with many nodes to receive DataCap. If Chinese SPs are reluctant to share information because of regulations, this is something that needs to be solved for. But if there is reason to believe clients are self dealing, applications will be questioned and discontinued. Do you have any ideas or suggestions to improve SP disclosure to ensure guidelines are being met? |

This is our definition of abuse. Entities not caring about data, value, community, but merely on SP growth. This is exactly what happens all around FIL+ and is withholding us from ever reaching the quality phase. |
