Power trainings support
Opposed to before, TDL is capable of describing power training sessions along to speed and interval sessions.
Session renamed to Speed
A more suitable name for trainings with average heart rate and total duration, Speed, has been given to the deprecated Session.
New tests
All parameters of a sport trainings are tested as a part of a new test file.
README enhancements
README has been completely redefined with new feature diagram and additional descriptions.
