Add transparent window for desktop widgets

Flet supports window_frameless and window_always_on_top. The next level would be transparent window background. The page background color would act as a blue screen.

This will allow for really cool floating widget apps that user can drag around on the desktop.

Feodor mentioned: "There is another property in window_manager library which controls window's bgcolor. It is not exposed yet."
