WIP. This will only work on Pixel 8 which has a Mali G715. AFAICT, G710 on Pixel 7 doesn't support FRC. |

We haven't been able to get this working on any device. @jonahwilliams tried this on a Pixel 8 which is know to have AFRC. Coverage is pretty low and this was a fun experiment that didn't pan out yet. Not going to spend any more time on this. Closing. |
