States view controller

In the "Filters" view controller it segues to a new view controller listing all the states. Instead of doing it this way we could enhance it and put a Picker View on the Filters page. What do you guys think?

Looks good, I think there should be a 'none' option at the top of the picker view list if the user decides not to specify the state in their filters.
