When amping Ignition on an Oscillating Wave Psychic, the Rule Elements in the Oscillating Wave item change the damage dice from d4s to d10s (or d6s to d12s if melee) for a total of 2d10/12 at rank 1, rather than replacing the damage with 1d10/12 as written. This issue also affects the archetype; I've tested both on a fresh world, with fresh sheets and no modules installed, on version 6.8.1 of the system.
