Description
Adds an upgrade guide from 0.14.0 to 1.0.0 and removes the oldest previous guide.
This is intentionally based on the v3 docs changes in #4763 and should be considered blocked until those are merged.
This PR also includes some changes to avoid repetition in line with #1319.
