Currently plot_plate.R assumes the labels.tsv will have either 96 or 384 samples, which I'm guessing was left like that for testing purposes. I've changed how plate_type is defined - the value is dynamically assigned depending on the sample size.
The Well_posiiton value will be appended to the tsv file accordingly.
