FanControl Thermaltake Plugin

This is the official v1.0.0 release of this plugin. Rewrote a lot of the code to make sure the data the plugin reads is the right data. This should fix the problems with 'ghost' fans and fans reporting the wrong RPM.

This release comes with a rename of the plugin. From FanControl.ThermaltakeRiingPlus to FanControl.Thermaltake. This was done because it makes more sense, since it supports multiple devices now. And also to make it more obvious that it does. This does require you to delete the old plugin file (in stead of just replacing it) and it also might mean that you need to delete the old plugin configuration from your user config.
