Strictly speaking, if you do not have permission to read "/etc/pki/tls/entitlement/*-key.pem", you need root privilege.

If there is an item "sslclientkey" in each section of "/etc/yum.conf" or "/etc/yum.repos.d/*.repo", it is not limited to RHEL.
