In this PR, we run following experiments and create notebooks for each of these experiment

  • PyTorch : Gather benchmarking data for single convolutional layer varying parameters such as kernel, stride and output shape
  • TensorRT : Gather benchmarking data for single convolutional layer varying parameters such as kernel, stride and output shape
  • Compare the mobilenetv2 power / latency / energy measurements plots for PyTorch and TensorRT frameworks
