Summary

Changes ignitionrobotics.org to gazebosim.org. The upload.sh script has also been updated to use aws s3, which is the preferred aws cli tool.

This has been tested with FuelTools 4.4. See here: https://gazebosim.org/api/fuel_tools/4.4/

This is targeting cmake2 because I think it's both safe to make these changes and necessary to update the API documentation to have correct urls and names.
