Do bootstrapping for subgroup meta-analysis. Basically, e.g. if there are 5 levels in the grouping variable, we will run 5 bootstraps.

This may be of questionable merit. Should confirm with @bwallace and @JGurevitch that we actually want to do this before proceeding.
