- need to add 'gunicorn' to DJANGO_THIRD_PARTY_APPS - need to set DJANGO_STATICFILES_STORAGE to whitenoise.django.GzipManifestStaticFilesStorage - improved settings to interpreting env values for lists
Use gunicorn for prod

- printing last update date on new line in about box - fixed small crane.yaml error
- configured setup.cfg for versioneer - added initial setup.py
Automated version info update
- this allows us to use the version string directly as docker image tag - corrected docker image build
version style changed from pep440 to git-describe
