Great book, though I'd say "Getting Things Done" had a bigger influence on me, personally.

My mistake. I meant to say "Getting Real", which is a free PDF put out by 37signals a long time ago here.

But David Allen's "Getting Things Done" has also been influential, though it can be long and pretty involved, and not for everyone.

Getting Real was more meaningful to me than Rework as well, in terms of 37s
books.
