Note

As some of you might have known, MangaDex was hacked, and their main site and the API that we use are currently offline. This means that all MangaDex-related features, including the subscription manager introduced in this release, will not work until their API is back online.

New Features

• You can now subscribe to a MangaDex manga from the download page, and Mango would automatically check for new chapters and download them. Please note that you would need to follow the said manga on MangaDex first for this to work. (Closes MangaDex auto-updater? #24)
• You can now adjust the continuous mode page margin on the frontend with a slider. This deprecates the page_margin field in the config file.

Bug-Fixes

• Fix a bug where the downloader would be stuck if there's an external chapter (MangaDex chapters that are not hosted on mangadex.org)

This is a pre-release PR. Please help test if everything works as expected before we merge the changes and make the official release! @Leeingnyo Thanks! But I think I will not release v0.22.0 because the main feature added is the MangaDex auto-updater, which is no longer working because of their new API. This is why this PR has been on hold for such a long time. I think I will merge your recent changes and release v0.23.0 directly.

If you want, please feel free to push the yaml-static change to #216, or I can add it to dev myself. I will be closing this PR shortly. Sorry for the trouble!
