Collect with #2951

Problem description

User should be able to refresh the list of forms from Google Drive after canceling the Reading files dialog

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Google Drive is set as a server
  2. User goes to Get Blank Form
  3. User sees dialog Reading files
  4. User clicks on Cancel

Expected behavior

Refresh button is visible.
My Drive / Shared with Me button is replaced by Refresh button

Other information

This behavior is implemented for Aggregate server.
