Issue nr 2.

Description
Sponsored shortcuts checkbox does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Ghostery Privacy Browser app
Scroll down on the homepage
Press "Customize homepage"
Select "Sponsored shortcuts" checkbox
Go back go homepage - nothing changed
Open "Customize homepage" again - "Sponsored shortcuts" is not selected.

Sponsored shortcuts must be deleted or just must be working.
