Ship port simulation

• Simple SimPy simulation of a ship port with limited resources to unship freight: portSimulation.py

Port Situation:

• 1 tug to bring the ships from the port entry to the dock
• tug service is occupied for 1 hour per way (port entry <-> dock)
• 3 docks fully equiped to unload ships
