Where did the GitLens Icon in the side bar go in GitLens 11? #1250

GitLens 11 changed the default location for all its views to improve ease-of-use, improve access to cross-functional features by moving committing and history closer together, and avoiding confusion because GitLens doesn't provide commit ability.
The views have moved from the GitLens icon in the side bar, to instead live inside the Source Control side bar:

As an upgrade guide, you should have seen a "welcome" view in the GitLens side bar icon explaining this -- with some quick actions to set things back (if that is what you want).

If you want to change things back, you can do the following:

Option 1 — GitLens Settings editor
