Palm::DiabetesPilot

DiabetesPilot (http://diabetespilot.com/) helper module for Palm::PDB
(p5-Palm). Also included in the distribution is a ColdSync
(http://coldsync.org) conduit for extracting Diabetes Pilot reports.
