• Holding Ctrl and/or Win will now revert the keyboard to Qwerty until you release it, similarly to Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘ on macOS. This lets you use the standard layout for keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C, and Ctrl+V will now be next to each other)
• This will not work in some scenarios (e.g. Nano in Git Bash). You can work around this by using Release v1.0.1 and using AutoHotKey to implement Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘-like behavior)
