This updates our README to get rid of the outdated CircleCI and CodeClimate badges, add a Crowdin badge, and include upstream's README.

The reasons for including upstream's README are:

avoid useless merge conflicts
make useful information immediately available
have the README version corresponding to the actual code (instead of linking to an upstream version that may correspond to a different branch)
