This Obsidian plugin enhances your note-taking experience by providing a quick and intuitive way to track time. By simply hovering over any date in your notes, a tooltip appears, showing you how many days have passed since that date. This feature is especially useful for tracking project timelines, journal entries, or any important dates in your notes.
To install the plugin:
- Open Obsidian and go to
Settings
. - Navigate to
Community Plugins
and disableSafe mode
. - Click
Browse
and search for "Days Since Date Tooltip". - Install the plugin and enable it in your community plugins list.
- Hover over any date in the format
YYYY-MM-DD
in your notes. - A tooltip will appear, displaying the number of days since that date.
- Easy-to-use: Simply hover over a date to see the information.
- Integrates seamlessly into the Obsidian note-taking environment.
- Supports the standard ISO date format (
YYYY-MM-DD
).
