This is a backport of this PR (#6022) documenting the new shader built-ins. Since docs were added in a previous PR on how to do this in custom shader code, this PR replaces these examples.

For the record, this is for 3.6, but we don't have a branch yet.

It would be better if you've made a feature branch instead of using your 3.5 branch. That would allow to avoid issues when rebasing, if that happens. You will have to create a new PR if you do that though.
