Changes documentation references to "5.1.3 Beta" to simply "5.1.3".

We need to review the entire OpenGEE online documentation and remove/update anything that's out of date. For example, links to old Google websites, information on purchasing, information on the old installers, etc.
We also need to decide what to do when the documentation refers to the enterprise client. We don't support EC, but I can't find a Google website to link to. Perhaps we should just link to the EC wiki page, which has a link to the user forums.
