* Move to VS2017/csproj Remove support for legacy targets. Now only targets net45 and netstandard1.3 Project structure simplified * Relayout directories * Address review comments * Add missing file * Fix tabbing * Address review comments * Next round of review addressed
Adds Auth.Mvs for net45 only. Will address netcore later. All code is an exact copy of existing code. This PR is simply adding it back into the project. Also fix VS2017 project loading issue.
Add testing on netcoreapp1.0 and net46, and update xunit deps to a version that works on net46 Some general tidy-up
