What this PR does
Similarly to what we did for the microservices deployment, in this PR I'm adding a
.*suffix regex matcher to themimir-read,mimir-write, andmimir-backendcomponents, so that dashboards will work also when the read-write deployment mode is deployed in multi-zone.Which issue(s) this PR fixes or relates to
