After rolling out sparse index headers we've seen greatly improved p99 of lazy loading and there haven't been any issues with it. I'd like to enable the feature by default Signed-off-by: Dimitar Dimitrov <[email protected]>

The change was deployed to all store-gateway zones between Sept 4 and Sept 7
