troubleshooting PR 29 submitted by @zWhdmB5T at flathub/org.gramps_project.Gramps#29 -Gnome 47 uses python 12 -Goocanvas 2 does not seem compatible with python 3.12, so trying goocanvas 3 in case gnome platform updates since last attempt in 2021 allowed it to work.
