Consider the following:

String[] arr = ...
def str = Arrays.toString(arr)

toString is incorrectly inferencing as Class.toString().

Fix for issue #525: static methods of Type vs. instance methods of Class

- Arrays.toString(array) should not infer as Class.toString()
- Arrays.&toString should not infer to Object or DGM.toString
