* Enable CI for Swift 5.6 * skip tests on 5.6 * lower alloc limits * expression * single quotes (cherry picked from commit 483e846)
Motivation: NIO did a release and our allocation counts are now off. Modifications: Update allocation counting limits. Result: CI is happier. (cherry picked from commit adb32bf)
