chore: Bump Vaultwarden App version to 1.32.2

This pull request includes the following changes:

• Bumped Vaultwarden app version to 1.32.2 in the Helm chart to ensure compatibility with the latest features and fixes.
• Updated Helm chart version to 0.29.2 to reflect the changes in the app version and maintain version consistency.

The changes have been tested, and the functionality works as expected with the updated Vaultwarden version. No issues were encountered during deployment or runtime.

In case you're not aware, as a chart consumer you can also set the image version in your values.yaml:

Thanks for the info! I’m aware of it and I did this to test newer versions and wanted to share my findings. I appreciate it! Let me know if you'd like a different approach in the future.
