Second release of UbuntuDockerPi

Features:

  • Uses Ubuntu 20.04 aarch64 build
  • Docker version 19.03.6, build 369ce74 (not sure why it won't install 20.10, help would be appreciated)
  • Fixed thread starvation issue at boot

Supports RaspberryPi 3, 3B+, 3A+ and 4B.
