Pi-imager v1.7.1

This is the 1st release of Pi Imager, a fork to Rpi-Imager.

The idea is to provide an alternative place to publish community maintained images, and other features that we might want.

• The json for images is generated automatically from https://github.com/guysoft/pi-imager-web/
  • This means you can pull request to that repo and get your own distribution added to this imager!
  • The json for the list is at: https://github.com/guysoft/pi-imager-web/blob/gh-pages/os_list_imagingutility_v3.json
• There are github actions CI/CD that build for Linux, Mac and Windows execauables and binaries
  • There is an appimage build that solves: raspberrypi#350
• Trademark images and color has been removed, its purple! (I am open to color changes).
