In habitat.conf.js set:
github_client_id: "1d87f1c9b6b27342242b",
github_token_auth_url: "http://habitat-gatekeeper.herokuapp.com/authenticate",
You should be able to sign in and out with GitHub.
There's no origin selection at the moment; it uses your username for the
origin name no matter what.
Also removes the linked accounts pages.
