Why?
The version of google/go-jsonnet in drone/drone is higher (v0.17.0) than the in drone/drone-cli. This PR aims to align the versions so
drone jsonnet ...and drone's default handling of.drone.jsonnetbehaves the same for the same jsonnet.What?
