v3.0 (build #5): Revamp

The QuizUp v2.0 update broke the tweak. This update is adjusting to the overhauls of the update. The indicator no longer works like on previous releases, instead the user gets an overlay on the upper part of the screen with the correct answer.

Build and tested on v2.0.0.8

When the opponent surrenders, disappears or a network error happens it won't show the alert dialog that the user has to dismiss.

v2.0 (build #3): Initial release

Along the original indicator feature it includes a bot mode for auto answering questions.
