Description:
Removing the off default, and currently unused portions of the helm chart. The server and repository stand alone templates and values have been removed because in this chart those two components are deployed together in one pod that shares the volume. The monitoring component is being removed because it is currently only valid for watching a different L1.

These pieces were default to off and are not useful or deployed anywhere at this time.

…back in the future as needed. The part removed are server and respository standalone templates along with the monitoring templates. The monitor is watching a different L1 right now and the server and repository are deployed together in this chart to share the volume resource
